Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most important game in the last round took place in Quilpue between second ranked Los Leones (15-4) and fourteenth ranked Espanol (4-14) on Sunday night. Los Leones were defeated by Espanol in a tough game at home 77-85. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Los Leones. Espanol made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Los Leones 39-27 including 29 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of Colombian power forward Santiago Serna (203-2001) who helped to win the game recording 27 points and 8 rebounds (on 13-of-16 shooting from the field). Forward Ivan Bravo (-2000) contributed with 14 points and 12 assists for the winners. The former international forward Darrol Jones (193-1994) replied with 13 points and 5 rebounds for Los Leones. Los Leones' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Espanol moved-up to thirteenth place. Los Leones at the other side keep the second position with four games lost. They share it with Concepcion.
An interesting game for Los Leones (15-4) which hosted in Quilpue one of their biggest challengers Concepcion (15-4). Second ranked Los Leones had an easy win 90-63. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Jerry Evans (203-1990, college: Nevada) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 8 rebounds and Darrol Jones who added 14 points and 5 assists during the contest. Los Leones' coach felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side the former international Evandro Arteaga (178-1983) responded with 17 points. Los Leones have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 15-4 record behind leader Ancud, which they share with defeated Concepcion.
The game between ninth ranked Sportiva Italiana (7-10) and 13th ranked Liceo PN (4-15) in Valparaiso on Sunday ended with biggest points difference. Sportiva Italiana outscored guests from Temuco 113-68. The winners were led by Gaspar Hernandez who scored that evening 26 points. Sportiva Italiana's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Even a double-double of 24 points and 10 rebounds by Domonta Wright did not help to save the game for Liceo PN. Sportiva Italiana maintains ninth position with 7-10 record. Liceo PN lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the bottom place with 15 games lost.

Other games in round 16 were not that significant. Puente Alto was beaten by Sportiva Italiana on the road 95-86. Bottom-ranked Espanol lost to defending champion Concepcion on its own court 81-95. Liceo PN unfortunately lost to Puente Alto in a road game 78-92. Catolica lost to defending champion Concepcion at home 82-87.
