Espanol outrebounded Ancud 47-32 including a 36-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. Espanol players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American swingman Austin Wrighten (192-1996, college: Lynchburg) who helped to win the game recording 27 points and 4 assists and the other American import power forward Rashad Hassan (203-1989, college: SSU) who added 12 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. Wrighten is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Espanol O. players scored in double figures. Espanol O.'s coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side American-Mexican forward Aaron Fuller (198-1989, college: USC, agency: Haylett Sports) responded with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds and American guard Rohndell Goodwin (195-1991, college: Chaminade, agency: Players Group) scored 13 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists.
