Univ.Concepcion looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was a good game for Argentinian Maria Jourdheuil (180-1994) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 28 points, 16 rebounds and 6 assists. The former international forward Barbara Cousino (178-1996) contributed with 32 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. American center Alexus Johnson (197-1994, college: Texas Southern) answered with a double-double by scoring 31 points, 13 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals and the former international center Tatiana Gomez (192-1981) added 12 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Alemana. Four Alemana players scored in double figures.

Sportiva Ita. dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Leones' 26. It was a great evening for Colombian guard Manuela Rios (165-1997) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 37 points (!!!), 11 rebounds and 8 assists. Colombian forward Yuliany Paz (195-2000) helped adding 14 points and 15 rebounds. Sportiva Ita.'s coach Gianluca Pozo allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. The best for the losing side was Cambodian Brittany Dinkins (-1994) with 33 points (!!!) and 6 rebounds and American guard Aliyah Mazyck (175-1996, college: USC) produced a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds.
