Toledo's double-double lands him LNB 2 Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

22-year old Jose Toledo (2002) had a very impressive game in the last round for second-ranked Quilpue Basquetbol and receives a Hoops Agents LNB 2 Player of the Week award for round 5.
He had a double-double of 21 points and 21 rebounds, while his team crushed The Sharks (#4, 1-2) with 16-point margin 81-65. Quilpue maintains the 2nd position in their group in the Chilean LNB 2. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost that single game earlier this season. Quilpue will need more victories to improve their 3-1 record. In the team's last game Toledo had a remarkable 58.3% from 2-point range. It's his second year at Quilpue and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Toledo has impressive league stats. He leads league in rebounds with 15.3rpg. Toledo is in league's top in and averages solid 2.0bpg and 55.9% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Caio Domingos (178-G-2005) of top-ranked CD Illaplel Basquetbol. He is Brazilian guard in his first season at Illaplel. In the last game Domingos recorded an impressive double-double of 17 points and 17 rebounds. Of course he led Illaplel to another comfortable win 80-67 over Arturo Prat (#5, 0-3) being unquestionably team leader. Of course Illaplel still keep Group A's top spot. His team has currently 3-1 record. Domingos is one of the most experienced players at Illaplel and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to Kevin Henriquez of league's leader Truenos de Talca. Henriquez showcased his all-around game by recording 19 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists in the last round. He was a key player of Truenos, leading his team to a 87-84 win against #3 ranked Constitucion in a game of the week. Truenos started extremely well this year. They recorded 4 victories without losing a single game in Group C. Henriquez turns to be one of the very best players in the league while he is also a leader of the top team having his eyes on the championship title. Henriquez has a very solid season. In 4 games in Chile he scored 12.0ppg.
