Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most interesting game of round 6 was a home defeat of second-best Luis Matte (3-2) to first ranked Boston College (4-1) 82-71 in the game for the first place. It ended the three-game winning streak of Luis Matte. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Boston College forced 24 Luis Matte turnovers. Lucas Marquez (196-2003) scored 23 points to lead the charge for the winners and Antone Robinson chipped in 18 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Boston College's coach Benjamin Gasc used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was Venezuelan forward Luis Adrian (-1998) with 15 points and 4 assists. Boston College have a solid three-game winning streak. Sergio Ceppi lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth position with four games lost. They share it with Temuco.
Very important is a home loss of second ranked Quilpue (3-2) against fourth ranked Arabe de Valp. (3-2) on Saturday night. Host Quilpue was defeated by Arabe de Valp. in a tough game at home 67-72. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Quilpue. The best player for the winners was Jeremiah Toney who had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Jose Toledo who recorded a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Arabe de Valp. moved-up to second place, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated Quilpue.

There were no shocking results in the other games in round 6: winless Huachipato lost to Omega on the opponent's court 59-64. Temuco lost to undefeated Puerto Montt in a home game 68-107. Liceo Curico lost to undefeated Truenos on the road 72-93. Municipal C. defeated Tinguiririca on its own court 73-60. The Sharks beat Arturo Prat in a road game 100-82.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 21 points, 7 assists and 4 steals by Ignacio Villarroel of The Sharks.



Omega - Huachipato 64-59

Rather expected game when bottom-ranked Huachipato (0-5) was defeated on the road by third ranked Omega (3-1) 64-59 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was point guard Francisco Pavez (178-1992) who scored 14 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Benjamin Cabello (-1999) chipped in 12 points and 6 rebounds. Four Omega players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was Luis Becerra (-2001) who recorded 11 points and 7 rebounds and center Marko Castro (192-1988) added 8 points and 8 rebounds respectively. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Omega keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Illaplel. Loser Huachipato still closes the standings with five games lost. They share the position with Tinguiririca.

Rather predictable result when top-ranked Puerto Montt (5-0) smashed on the road 4th ranked Temuco (1-4) 107-68 on Saturday. Puerto Montt have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 5-0 record, which they share with Truenos. Temuco lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with four games lost. They share the position with Sergio Ceppi.

Truenos - Liceo Curico 93-72

The game between closely ranked teams ended with second-best Liceo Curico's (2-2) road loss to top-ranked Truenos (5-0) 72-93 on Sunday.
