Chilean LNB 2 round 10 best performance: Agustin Villalon (by Hoops Agents)

Guard Agustin Villalon (184-G-2000) had a very impressive game in the last round for CD Arturo Prat San Felipe, receiving a Hoops Agents LNB 2 Player of the Week award for round 10.
The 24-year old player had a double-double of 49 points and 10 rebounds, while his team crushed Illaplel (#2, 5-3) with 19-point margin 89-70. Arturo Prat maintains the 5th position in their group in the Chilean LNB 2. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked such low. They already lost 6 games and recorded just two victories. In the team's last game Villalon had a remarkable 72.7% from 2-point range and got seven three-pointers out of 12 attempts. He just recently signed at Arturo Prat, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Agustin Villalon has solid league stats. He is league's best scorer averaging so far 30.0ppg. Villalon is in league's top in rebounds (6th best: 11.2rpg), assists (2nd best: 5.7apg) and averages impressive 1.3bpg,5.0spg and 61.4% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young Colombian Leyder Moreno (195-F-2000) of league's leader CEB Puerto Montt. Moreno had a very good evening with a double-double of 25 points and 11 rebounds. Of course he led Puerto Montt to another comfortable win outscoring slightly lower-ranked Omega (#2, 5-2) 95-70. It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the top position in Group D. Puerto Montt consolidated its place in the very top position of the standings. His team lost just one game this season, while they won 7 matches. Moreno is one of the most experienced players at Puerto Montt and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 25.0ppg (#2). He also registered 10.4 boards per game.

Third on the list of top players last round was another Puerto Montt's star - international forward Fabian Martinez (194-PF-2000). Martinez scored 26 points and grabbed 11 rebounds (!!!). He was another key player of CEB Puerto Montt, helping his team with a 95-70 easy win against #2 ranked Omega. Puerto Montt confirms their top position in Group D. The season just started for Martinez as he played only first game. But it already looks like he can be another team's leader.
