Truenos - Constitucion 86-57

Truenos dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Constitucion's 32. Truenos forced 20 Constitucion turnovers. Forward Martin Morales (-2002) stepped up and scored 23 points and 8 rebounds for the winners and forward Alessandro Morales (-1998) chipped in 15 points. Four Truenos players scored in double figures. At the losing side Brazilian power forward Enrico De Paula (205-2005) responded with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds and Daniel Villegas (-1992) scored 11 points and 5 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.

Worth to mention a great performance of Antone Robinson who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 4 assists. Forward Rodrigo Rubio (-2001) contributed with 13 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Boston College's coach Benjamin Gasc used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Elias Donoso (-1986) answered with 16 points and 9 rebounds and Felipe Latorre (-1993) added 14 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Sergio Ceppi.

They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Temuco's players. International Fabian Martinez (194-2000) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 13 rebounds, 5 assists and 7 steals for the winners and Colombian forward Leyder Moreno (195-2000) chipped in 27 points and 11 rebounds. Four Puerto Montt players scored in double figures. At the losing side Brazilian center Romulo Gusmao (208-1995) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!) and forward Carlos Iglesias (-1998) scored 13 points and 7 rebounds.
