Asociacion Basquetbol Ancud (LNB) agreed terms with 26-year-old American power forward Anthony Peacock (206cm-118kg-1999, college: MWSU, agency: Haylett Sports). He played last season at Gambusinos in Mexican LNBP.
He is a very experienced player. His career allowed him to visit four different continents, while he played in eight different countries. Peacock tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Latin America, Africa and of course North America. He has played professionally in Mexico (Frayles de Guasave), Portugal (Albufeira), Uruguay (Nacional and Urupan), Venezuela (Frontinos), Albania (Teuta), Cape Verde (Bairro), Canada (Windsor Express) and TBL (Rhode Island Kraken).
Peacock won the Liga Sudamericana championship title in 2024.
He graduated from Missouri Western State University in 2022 and it will be his fourth season as a professional player. Peacock played for other colleges such as Catawba College, Quincy College, and Harford Community College.
