Jeremy McLaughlin (ex Correcaminos) joins Ancud

Jeremy McLaughlin

Asociacion Basquetbol Ancud (LNB) agreed terms with 30-year old American power forward Jeremy McLaughlin (203cm-104kg-1995, college: Catawba, agency: Interperformances) for the new 2025-26 season. He played last season at Correcaminos in the Mexican LNBP. In 10 games recently, he had 7.4ppg and 4.9rpg. Last season, he played at CD Espanol Osorno. He also played for Atletico Gorriti de Jujuy (La Liga) in the Argentinian league.
McLaughlin is a very experienced player. He has played professionally in eight different countries on four different continents. He has played in Europe, Latin America, Australia, and North America. Some of the countries he has played in include Argentina, Australia (South West Metro Pirates), Azerbaijan (Nakhchivan), Cyprus (APOP Paphou), Estonia (Tallinn Kalev), Greece, and Czech Republic (GBA Lions Jindrichuv Hradec).
He has won many awards during his career, including playing in the final of the Azerbaijani League in 2024. He was also voted Eurobasket.com All-Czech Republic 1Liga Forward of the Year in 2020.
McLaughlin graduated from Catawba College in 2019, and it'll be his seventh season as a pro player.
