Chilean LNB2 round 3 best performance: Celneque Bobbitt

Celneque Bobbitt put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for top-ranked CD Asociacion de Basquetbol Temuco, receiving a Hoops Agents LNB2 Player of the Week award for round 3.
The player had a double-double of 23 points and 12 rebounds, while his team crushed, the league's bottom-ranked team La Union (#6, 0-2) with 17-point margin 82-65. It allowed Temuco to consolidate first place in the Chilean LNB2. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but Temuco already had a very good start winning all 3 without losing a single one. In the team's last game Bobbitt had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Temuco, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Celneque Bobbitt has solid league stats. He is in league's top in points (8th best: 21.7ppg), rebounds (6th best: 12.3rpg) and averages impressive 73.1% FGP and 54.5% from behind 3-point line.

The second best player in last round's games was young Gonzalo Silva (1999) of league's second-best CD Hrvatski Sokol. Silva had a very good evening with 31 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Bad luck as Hrvatski Sokol was edged by San Luis (2-1) 79-77. The season is still at the very beginning and this lost game may not be such crucial, of course if they start win the games. Let's wait for the next round. Silva is one of the most experienced players at Hrvatski Sokol and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third on the list of top players last round was Cayman Islands Sebastian Mena (1994) of Escolar Aleman PV (#5). Mena scored 25 points and grabbed 13 rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Escolar Ale., leading his team to a 86-64 easy win against Omega (#3, 1-2). Mena has a very solid season. In 2 games in Chile he scored 19.5ppg.
