Stephen Maxwell, 33-year old American forward from the CD Universidad de Concepcion, was voted the Player of the Year at the Basketball Champions League Americas. He graduated from the CSUN eleven years ago. Maxwell was also selected to the First Team. He helped Maxwell's team have an undefeated season as CD Universidad de Concepcion was not challenged in the league with a perfect 12 to 0 in the regular season. Maxwell was the Player of the Week honoree in the league. His exceptional play earned him the second spot in points per game, boasting an impressive average of over 26. Ja'Heim Hudson, American forward from the CD Espanol Osorno, was named to the First Team at the Liga Nacional de Basquetbol. He Is ex-Auburn from 2025. Hudson's best performance made his team reach the final but they were defeated by the Los Leones 71 to 77. He registered over 21 points and 9 rebounds per game over the season in the league. Hudson has totalled 6 games of 20 or more points and notched double-doubles in 6 games on the year. His 33 points against Puerto Varas were the most he scored in the 2026 season. He was selected to the GACA Georgia Class 6A North First Team back in 2021.
