Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Soles as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Soles defeated 6th ranked Marineros in Santo Domingo 83-79. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Marineros. Soles made 22-of-26 free shots (84.6 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Marineros 43-29 including 17 on the offensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Tevin Glass (206-1994, college: ETSU, agency: BIG) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 17 points and 13 rebounds and forward Anyeuri Castillo (201-1997, college: USC Aiken) who added 21 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side American swingman Trahson Burrell (201-1992, college: Memphis) responded with 21 points. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Soles have a solid four-game winning streak. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. Marineros at the other side dropped to the fifth place with three games lost. They share the position with Metros and Indios. Marineros will play next round against strong Caneros trying to get back on the winning streak. Soles will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game.
Very significant was Leones' (#2) just 2-point road victory against one of their biggest challengers Reales 83-81. The winners were led by Juan Guerrero (205-1993) who scored that evening 27 points and 9 rebounds and Steve Burtt supported him with 21 points and 5 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Leones' coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Even 17 points and 7 rebounds by naturalized American forward Antonio Pena (204-1986, college: Villanova) did not help to save the game for Reales. Defending champion maintains second position with 3-1 record behind leader Soles. Reales at the other side keep the third place with two games lost. They share the position with Caneros. Leones will play against Caneros (#4) in La Romana in the next round. Reales will play on the road against Metros in Santiago and hope to get back on the winning track.
Quite upsetting was Titanes' home defeat in a game versus Caneros 92-85. Curtis Hollis fired 22 points and 6 rebounds (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field) for the winners. Jassel Perez produced 22 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Caneros (2-2) moved-up to third place, which they share with Reales. Loser Titanes dropped to the bottom position with three games lost. Caneros will meet at home Marineros (#7) in the next round. Titanes will play against Reales in La Vega and hope to win that game.

In the last game of round 4 Indios won against Metros on the opponent's court 97-81.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 24 points, 10 rebounds and 15 assists by Juan Suero of Indios.
