LNB is at the halfway of the Regular Season and there are still another 3 rounds left. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

An exciting game was played in Puerto Plata. Indios faced Marineros. Guests from San Francisco (4-2) defeated host Marineros (4-3) 85-79. The best player for the winners was Luismal Ferreiras (200-2003, agency: BMS Sport Agency) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds. Rey Abad (210-2002) chipped in 14 points, 8 rebounds and 5 blocks. At the other side the best for losing team was swingman Braynt De La Cruz (198-2002, agency: BMS Sport Agency) who recorded a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Indios are looking forward to face Titanes (#4) in San Cristobal in the next round. Marineros will have a break next round.

It was a good game for guard Nahziah Carter (198-1999, college: Washington, agency: BMS Sport Agency) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. Sterling Manley contributed with 21 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. Reales' coach Ricardo Daniel Maffei allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Guard Kyler Edwards (193-1999, college: Houston) answered with 22 points and 4 assists for Metros. Reales will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Metros will play on the road against Leones (#8) in Santo Domingo and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Marineros - Indios 79-85

There was no surprise in Santiago where Metros (3-5) were defeated by Caneros (3-3) 102-89 on Tuesday. Caneros looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. It was a great evening for Yeison Colome (190-1996, agency: BMS Sport Agency) who led his team to a victory scoring 36 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Point guard Raimer Santana (183-1997, agency: BMS Sport Agency) helped adding 23 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists. Four Caneros players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American guard Kyler Edwards (193-1999, college: Houston) with 18 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import forward Jeremiah Tilmon Jr (208-1998, college: Missouri) scored 19 points and 5 rebounds (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!). Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Caneros will meet Soles (#7) in the next round. Metros will play against Leones in Santo Domingo and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

It was a great evening for naturalized American guard EJ Dambreville (191, college: FSC) who led his team to a victory scoring 9 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Swingman Braynt De La Cruz (198-2002, agency: BMS Sport Agency) helped adding 14 points and 5 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American forward Emmitt Holt (201-1996, college: Providence) with 18 points and 7 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) and the other American import guard Brachon Griffin (185-1992, college: ECSU) scored 12 points and 4 assists. Four Leones players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game.
