It was a key game for the top position in the league. Metros looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was Juan Guerrero (203-1993) who scored 20 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Jhery Matos (196-1996, college: Charlotte) chipped in 20 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. point guard Richard Bautista (185-1997) produced a double-double by scoring 24 points, 9 rebounds and 12 assists for the hosts. Indios will play against Soles in Santo Domingo and hope to secure a win.
