Brandone Francis is a newcomer at Gipuzkoa

Delteco Gipuzkoa BC San Sebastian (LEB Gold) added to their roster 25-year old Dominican guard Brandone Francis (196-98kg-94, college: Texas Tech). He played last season at Iowa Wolves (NBA G League) in the U.S. In 20 NBA-G-League games he recorded just 2.8ppg.
He represented Dominican Republic at the Panamerican Games in Lima (Peru) last year. Francis' team got to the Semifinals and his stats at that event were 4 games: 1.3ppg, 1.0rpg.
Francis graduated from Texas Tech University in 2019 and it will be his second season as a professional player.
The scouts decsribe him following way: A big guard with great court vision and an high IQ. He's a tremendous passer and has a knack for creating plays for his teammates. He's not a typical point guard, but he handles the ball well, knows how to use his body and can become a very good all around athlete.
