Titanes looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by Metros' players. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Titanes made 7 blocks. Naturalized Spanish power forward Jhonatan Araujo (206-1996) had a double-double by scoring 15 points and 12 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and swingman Jassel Perez (195-2001) chipped in 12 points and 5 assists during the contest. Four Titanes players scored in double figures. Naturalized American forward Jordan Geronimo (198-2001, college: Maryland) responded with 14 points and 6 rebounds and Juan Guerrero (203-1993) scored 5 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
