American forward Elias Cave (201, college: Minot St.) notched 33 points (!!!) to lead the effort and Darol Hernandez-Zinenko supported him with 15 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists. Even 25 points by the former international Adrian Rivadeneira (186-2001) did not help to save the game for Iccan. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Deportivo Gold have an impressive six-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Alvarado. Iccan at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the third place with five games lost.
