Salvadorenas 2 dominated down low during the game scoring 84 of its points in the paint compared to LMMR 2's 52. Salvadorenas 2 forced 22 LMMR 2 turnovers and outrebounded them 46-25 including a 34-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. Santa Tecla 2 forced 31 Santa Ana 2 turnovers and outrebounded them 63-27 including a 27-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. Santa Tecla 2 looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Santa Ana 2's players. It was a great evening for Monica Aristondo (163-1992) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!), 10 assists and 8 steals.
