Anisleidy Galindo's triple-double lands her Liga Mayor Player of the Week award

Anisleidy Galindo put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for league's best team San Salvador and receives a Hoops Agents Liga Mayor Player of the Week award for round 13.
She recorded a triple-double of 25 points adding also 16 rebounds and 12 assists, while her team crushed L.M.Mons. (#5, 5-9) with 19-point margin 85-66. It allowed San Salvador to consolidate first place in the Salvadorean league. San Salvador has a very good season and are considered to have a run for the championship title. They improved their record to 13-1. Galindo just recently signed at San Salvador, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Galindo has impressive league stats. She is in league's top in points (7th best: 20.8ppg), rebounds (3rd best: 16.8rpg), assists (6th best: 4.7apg) and averages solid 1.5bpg,3.2spg and 53.3% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Ericka Pratt (178-G/F, agency: Fully Feared Sports) of Ahuachapan BC. She is American swingman in her first season at Ahuachapan. In the last game Pratt recorded an impressive double-double of 34 points and 16 rebounds. Of course she led Ahuachapan to another comfortable win outscoring slightly lower-ranked Santa Ana (#7, 4-10) 90-65. This victory allowed Ahuachapan to move up to 6th position in the standings. Her team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 5-9 record. Pratt is one of the most experienced players at Ahuachapan and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. Former New England College star Pratt is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.

Third place about best performers goes to center Genesis Zabaleta (180-C-2002) of ITD Santa Tecla (#4). Zabaleta scored 22 points and grabbed 22 rebounds (!!!). She was a key player of Santa Tecla, leading her team to a 67-50 easy win against Capitalinas (#8, 0-14). Santa Tecla needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 9 victories and 5 lost games. Zabaleta has a great season in El Salvador. After 10 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 18.2rpg (2nd best).
