Salvadorean Liga Mayor round 7 best performance: Rachel Contreras

Cuban Center Rachel Contreras (184-C-1999) put on an amazing game in the last round for second-ranked Batanecas BC, receiving a Hoops Agents Liga Mayor Player of the Week award for round 7.
The 24-year old player had a double-double of 33 points and 21 rebounds, while her team crushed LMMR 2 (#4, 3-4) with 20-point margin 90-70. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Batanecas maintains the 2nd position in Salvadorean Liga Mayor. They would have been even better if they did not have these two lost games earlier in Regular Season. Third on the list of top players last round was Cuban center Yayma Boulet (193-C-1984) of league's top team San Salvador. Boulet scored 23 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. She was a key player of San Salvador, leading her team to a 89-47 easy win against the lower-ranked Santa Tecla 2 (#5, 1-5). San Salvador have amazing season winning all 7 games without a single defeat. Boulet turns to be one of the very best players in the league while she is also a leader of the top team having her eyes on the championship title. Boulet has a great season in El Salvador.
