San Salvador's coach Rainel Panfet felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was Guatemalan swingman Genesis Catalan (176-1994) with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 18 rebounds. The victory was the eighth consecutive win for San Salvador.
