Riyadh Wilson (193-C-97) tallied 25 points and 11 rebounds to pace the winners. She was named the tournament's MVP. Napheesa Collier (186-C-97) contributed 18 points for the winners. The USA built a 50:32 halftime lead. They stretched the gap at 32-point mark at the final break and coasted to the victory afterwards. Shaylisha Colley (173-PG-96) responded with 16 points for Canada.

Brazil - Argentina 67-69 Argentina earned the Bronze medals at the championship. They nipped archrivals Brazil in the consolation final. Victoria Llorente (184-F/C-96) stepped up with 23 points and 15 rebounds for the winners. Brazil dominated in the first half. They secured a 30:23 halftime lead. But Argentina denied the deficit in the third term and tied things up. Argentina scored 21 points in the fourth frame and sneaked to a narrow win at the end. Puerto Rico - Chile 51-49 Puerto Rico finished fifth in Colorado Springs after they edged Chile. Aleana Leon (172-G-96) stepped up with 14 points and 10 rebounds to pace Puerto Rico. Chile led by two points after twenty minutes. But Puerto Rico went on a 17:13 run in the fourth frame to eke out a tough win. Sofia Roma (188-C-97), Gladyshka Gerena (165-PG-97) and Nachalie de Jesus answered with 9 points each for Puerto Rico. Barbara Cousino (178-F-96) responded with 17 points for Chile.

El Salvador - Mexico 45-77 Mexico cruised past El Salvador in the final game at the tournament. Dana Soto (167-PG-97) scored 15 points to pace the winners. Mexico therefore occupied the 7th overall position. They established a 19:6 lead after ten minutes and never looked back en route to the victory. Laura Perez (171-SG-97) delivered 12 points and 7 rebounds for Mexico. Adriana Rivas (176-F/G-96) replied with 17 points and 7 rebounds for El Salvador.

USA - Argentina 97-51 The USA prevailed against Argentina to reach the title game in Colorado Springs. The hosts were paced by 23 points and 9 rebounds from Riyadh Wilson (193-C-97).
