U.S. Virgin Islands - Cuba 42-87
Cuba registered second straight win in Nassau. After 80-32 victory against Trinidad and Tobago in Day One, Cuba was too strong for the US Virgin Islands handing them 87-42 loss. It means that Cuba has perfect 2-0 after two days of CBC Championship. On the other side, it was the first appearance at this event for US Virgin Islands (0-1). Suchitel Avila (183-F-82) was the leading scorer in victory with 17 points. Taimy Fernandez (183-F-82) had 13 points and Marlen Cepeda (193-C-85) added 12 pts, plus 13 rebounds. In the loosing squad, Natalie Day (182-G/F-90) collected 10 points and 6 boards. Their second scorer was Lanese Bough (168-G-93) with 7 pts. Quarters: 8-25, 9-24, 11-14, 14-24. In Day Three, Cuba will meet Dominican Republic. US Virgin Islands will play against the host Bahamas.

Saint Vincent - Dominican Republic 68-82
Dominican Republic celebrated in their first appearance in Nassau. They handed 82-68 loss to Saint Vincent for 1-0 record at the CBC Championship 2011. On the other side, Saint Vincent dropped to 0-2. They failed in Day One against Bahamas 47-52. Carmen Guzman (175-G-85, agency: Merit Sports, college: UAB) exploded with 28 points and 5 assists for the winners. Charlenny Frias (177-G-84) had 13 points and Andreina Paniagua (183-F-78) helped with one less. In Saint Vincent, Vasha Adams (83) was way better than the others with 27 points and 8 rebounds. Galeine Gordon (85) and Nathifa Weekes (170-G-85) (6 rebs, 5 as) added 16 and 12 points respectively. Quarters: 16-18, 18-23, 18-23, 16-18. In Day Three, Dominican Republic will meet Cuba. Saint Vincent will take on Trinidad and Tobago.

Trinidad and Tobago - Bahamas 49-45
Trinidad and Tobago registered their first win in Nassau. They outplayed the host of CBC Championship 49-45 and joined the with 1-1 record. T&T failed in Day One against Cuba 32-80, while Bahamas handed 52-47 loss to Saint Vincent. Chenell Harris (89) stepped up fort the winners yesterday with 16 points and 5 rebounds. Rhea Codio (165-G-88) scored 10 points and Pietra Gay (183-G-74) added 7 pts, plus 7 rebounds. In Bahamas, Linda Pierre (82) collected 12 points and 5 boards. Their second scorer was Anastacia Sands-Moultrie (C-77) with 12 points and she also grabbed 5 rebounds beside that. Quarters: 12-15, 15-11, 12-14, 10-5. In Day Three, T&T will meet Saint Vincent. Bahamas will take on the USA Virgin Islands.
