Cuba smashed Jamaica to secure the second win in a row at the tournament. The hosts grabbed a 43-17 halftime lead. They went on a 42-15 second half run to ice the victory. Anisleidys Galindo (181-SG-1989) recorded 15 points, while Isabela Jourdain (188-C-2003) added 14 points and 11 rebounds for Cuba. Faatimah Amen-Ra (163-G-1991, college: Toronto, agency: Promo Sport ID) responded with 12 points for Jamaica.

Bahamas - Dominican Republic 50-73
Dominican Republic stormed past Bahamas for the second victory in Cuba. Dominican Republic recorded a 36-21 halftime lead. They followed with a strong 22-8 run in the third term to clear off for good. Genesis Evangelista (180-G-1993) notched 11 points, while Sugeiry Monsac (186-F/C-1981) added 10 points for Dominican Republic. Valerie Nesbitt (173-G-1998, college: Ole Miss) responded with 20 points, 7 assists and 6 rebounds for Bahamas.
