Bahamas - U.S. Virgin Islands 81-105
US Virgin Islands are 2025 Caribbean champions. They beat Bahamas to finish with a perfect record in Guyana. Anisha George (188-C-1998, college: N.Texas) scored 26 points and 21 rebounds to pace the champions. US Virgin Islands recorded a 55-44 halftime lead. They went on a 28-18 rally in the fourth term to ice the victory. Imani Tate (175-G/F-1995, college: Albany) finished with 17 points for US Virgin Islands. Lashann Higgs (175-G-1995, college: Texas) responded with game-high 37 points for Bahamas as they occupied the third position.

Jamaica - Guyana 74-83
Guyana claimed the Silver medals at the Caribbean Championship. They outscored Jamaica to step onto the pedestal. The hosts trailed by a single point at halftime 34-35. But Guyana unloaded 49 points in the second half to race to the win. Joy Adams (180-F-1993, college: Iona) stepped up with 23 points and 17 rebounds to lead the charge. Ruth Adams (175-G-1996) finished with 24 points for Guyana. Tiffany Reynolds (175-G-1998, college: Lakehead) answered with 23 points for Jamaica.
