Forza was smashed at home by 30 points 42-72 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. USAC outrebounded Forza 31-20 including 25 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was forward Victor Sosa (190-1988) who scored 14 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Diego Villagran (-1993) chipped in 17 points and 4 assists. Sebastian Paniagua produced 11 points for the hosts. USAC maintains third position with 4-4 record having four points less than leader Halcones. Forza lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with six games lost. They share the position with Leones and Litegua. Another interesting game was again a derby between two teams from Guatemala: Halcones (#1) and Litegua (#4). Litegua was smashed at home by 25 points 70-95 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. Point guard David Monterroso (180-1979) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 40 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds. Miguel Gonzalez contributed with 17 points, 10 rebounds, 9 assists and 5 steals for the winners. Naturalized American guard David Goddard (185-1989) replied with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 13 rebounds for Litegua. Undefeated Halcones (8-0) have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They maintain first position with a perfect record of 8 victories in a row. Litegua at the other side dropped to the bottom place with six games lost. They share the position with Leones and Forza. Halcones' supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Guatemala PSN.

Worth to mention a great performance of C Montufar who helped to win the game recording 21 points. Rodrigo Oliva responded with 20 points. PSN have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 6-2 record having just two points less than leader Halcones. Loser Leones keep the fourth place with six games lost. They share the position with Litegua and Forza. PSN's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Guatemala to the arena Halcones.
