SPB 2024 - Anthony Moe (ex KL Aseel) is a newcomer at Cocodrilos

Cocodrilos de Caracas (SPB) strengthened their roster with addition of experienced 34-year old Guyanese-American ex-international center Anthony Moe (207cm-107kg-1990, college: Millersville) for season 2024. Moe is the second import player in the roster as USA Dylan Smith signed here earlier.
He just played at KL Aseel in Malaysian MBL league. In 17 games he was league's second best scorer with impressive 22.4ppg and had 15.4rpg (leader !!!), 1.7apg and 1.5bpg last season. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. Good season as he was named League Player of the Week and voted to Asia-Basket.com All-Malaysian MBL Second Team. The last summer he played at Legends in U.S. semi-pro league TBL where in 6 games he recorded 14.5ppg, 7.8rpg and 1.0bpg. He was a member of Guyanese Senior National Team between 2018 and 2021.
Moe is quite experienced player. Thanks to Moe's pro career he managed to play on three different continents (Asia, Latin America and of course North America) in five different countries. He has played previously professionally in Chile (Temuco), Saudi Arabia (Al Ansar), Nicaragua (Jaguares, Brumas and UNAN de Leon), TBL (Albany Patroons, Jamestown Jackals and Lehigh Valley L.) and El Salvador (Marquense, Cojute, Brujos and Chalchuapa).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his team won El Salvador Liga Mayor Cup in 2023. Moe was also selected Latinbasket.com All-El Salvador Liga Mayor Torneo Clausura Defensive Player of the Year back in 2021.
He graduated from Millersville University in 2015 and it is his ninth season as a professional player. Moe played also for Saint Thomas University for one year.
