Stefan Peno (ex Melilla) joins Jahorina

Stefan Peno

KK Jahorina Pale agreed terms with Stefan Peno, a 28-year old Serbian-Guyanese ex-international guard. Peno, who is 194cm tall and weighs 91kg, is represented by Octagon Europe. He began the season at Melilla Ciudad del Deporte in Spanish Primera FEB, where he averaged just 1.1ppg in 12 games. Last summer, he played for Tijuana Zonkeys in the Mexican league.
He was also a member of the Serbian international program for some years. Peno played for Serbian Senior National Team between 2014 and 2020 and previously for the Under 20 National Team back in 2017.
He is a quite experienced player. Peno has played also in Germany (ALBA Berlin and Rasta Vechta), Greece (Maroussi and Mykonos), Lithuania (Lietkabelis and Prienu), Mexico and Serbia (BKK Radnicki and OKK Beograd).
In 2023, his team reached the Lithuanian Cup Final Four.
