Joshua Nurse (ex Batroun) joins OKK Sloboda Tuzla

Joshua Nurse

OKK Sloboda Tuzla (Division I) agreed terms with 28-year old USA-Guyanese power forward Joshua Nurse (208cm-95kg-1997, college: SFC). He started the season at CJS Batroun in Lebanese DLBL. In three games he had 11.7ppg, 11.7rpg, 1.3apg and 1.3bpg. Last season during the summer, he played at Santos (LNBP) in the Mexican league. He also played for Bali United (IBL) in the Indonesian league.
Nurse is a highly experienced player. Nurse's career has taken him to five different continents, playing in eleven different countries. He has played professionally in Austria (Dukes), Georgia (Dinamo), Indonesia, Kosovo (Vellaznimi), Lithuania (Vilkaviskis), Mexico, Spain (Oviedo), North Macedonia (Kozuv), Libya (Shabab), and TBL (Tri-State Admirals).
His team finished as the runner-up in the regular season of Libyan League Group 3 in 2024.
He graduated from St. Francis College (NY) in 2020 and is currently in his sixth season as a professional player.
