Bashkimi adds Florveus to their roster

John Florveus

KB Bashkimi Prizren (Superliga) added to their roster 31-year old American (has also Haitian passport) center John Florveus (211cm-109kg-90, college: Georgia, agency: Slash Sports). Florveus just played at Ovarense in Portuguese LPB league. In 10 games he recorded 9.9ppg, 4.7rpg and 1.0bpg this season. He also played for CB Prat Juventud in Spanish LEB Gold where in 5 LPB games he averaged 5.0ppg and 1.8rpg.
Florveus is quite experienced player. Florveus' career allowed him to visit four different continents, while he played in nine different countries. He tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America. Florveus has played previously professionally in France (Lourdes Tarbes), Germany (s Oliver Baskets and Wuerzburg), Greece (Koroivos), Japan (Tokyo Cinq Reves), Romania (BC Timba Timisoara), Slovakia (Spisski Rytieri), Slovenia (Helios Suns), Georgia (Cactus) and Bolivia (Amistad and Rubair).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his team made it to the Georgian League Semifinals in 2017. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Slovakian League Honorable Mention back in 2019.
He attended University of Georgia until 2013 and it is his ninth season as a professional player.
