There were only 2 rounds played so far and it's still very beginning of the Regular Season in CIBACOPA. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

First defeat of league's leader Ostioneros de Guaymas against Tijuana Zonkeys 82-75 was the most important game of the last round. American guard Spencer Williams (188-1995, college: Wooster) orchestrated the victory by scoring 34 points (!!!). The other American import guard Joshua Webster (190-1997, college: Missouri St.) contributed with 24 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. American forward Daytone Jennings (206-1997, college: CSUSB) replied with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds for Ostioneros de Guaymas. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Ostioneros de Guaymas will play next round against Venados trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Tijuana Zonkeys will try to continue on its current victory against Caballeros de Culiacan on the road.
Caballeros de Culiacan recorded a loss on the court of Pioneros Los Mochis. Visitors were defeated by Pioneros Los Mochis 98-86. Swiss point guard Jordan Stevens (182-1994, college: Midwestern St.) scored 41 points (!!!) to lead the charge for the winners and Kwame Alexander chipped in 21 points and 12 rebounds during the contest.
