It was a good game for the former international center Joshua Ibarra (211-1995, college: HCU) who led his team to a victory with 16 points and 7 rebounds. Gael Bonilla contributed with 15 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Diablos' coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Diablos maintains third place with 21-11 record having just two points less than leader Fuerza Regia, which they share with Halc.Xalapa. Tenth-ranked Halcones Rojos (16-16) made lots of trouble for fourth ranked Halcones UV Xalapa (21-11) in Veracruz on Wednesday. American point guard Jaron Martin (178-1995, college: UC Irvine) helped adding 18 points and 4 assists. Five Panteras players scored in double figures.
