Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated Leon (1-1) at the home court on Saturday night. Hosts were edged by fifth ranked Leones MGA (2-1) 70-69. Worth to mention a great performance of Brazilian center Andre Coimbra (205-86, college: CMU) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds and American forward Chris Blake (195-88, college: Detroit) who added 24 points and 7 steals during the contest. At the losing side Cuban Oreste Torres (204-87) responded with 27 points and 9 rebounds. Leon's coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eighteen players in this game, but that didn't help. Leones MGA moved-up to fourth place. Leon at the other side dropped to the fifth position with one game lost. They share it with Rivas.
The game between Top Four teams took place in Jinotega. Top-ranked host Brumas (2-0) smashed top-ranked Real Esteli (3-1) 90-66. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Real Esteli. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. The winners were led by the former international Dalton Cacho (200-93) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 21 points and 12 rebounds and Martell Miller supported him with 10 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. Even a double-double of 12 points and 10 rebounds by the former international power forward Jensen Campbell (198-98) did not help to save the game for Real Esteli. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Brumas moved-up to second place, which they share with Ingenieria. Real Esteli at the other side still keeps top position with one game lost.
Cacique D. has registered their first victory this season after two consecutive losses. The win is especially important as it came on the road game in Chinandega, where they outplayed Tigres (0-3) 106-74 on Saturday. Jeremy Agosto fired a double-double by scoring 17 points, 8 rebounds and 12 assists for the winners. Jose Ortiz produced 24 points (made all of his eight free throws) for lost side. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Cacique D. maintains seventh position with 1-2 record. It was Tigres' third loss in a row. They still close the standings with three games lost.

The most impressive stats of the last round was 29 points and 5 steals by Xavier de la Rosa of Cacique D..
