Ponce defeated Arecibo to celebrate the second straight BSN title. Ponce earned 4-2 victory in the championship series. The hosts trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 7-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 70-67. Jamaican-American power forward Adrian Uter (200-84, college: Hofstra) had a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American Mike Harris (198-83, college: Rice) chipped in 13 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. He was named the MVP after the game. Leones' coach Nelson Colon used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. The best for the losing side was international forward Renaldo Balkman (203-84, college: S.Carolina) with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds and the former international guard Guillermo Diaz (188-85, college: Miami, FL) scored 16 points and 7 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.

Leones de Ponce earned the Manuel Zeno Gandia Cup title. They beat Atenienses de Manati 75:66 in the Final of the inaugural edition of the tournament. Angel Daniel Vassallo (198-G/F-86, college: Virginia Tech) scored 30 points and grabbed 8 rebounds for the winners.
Ponce earned a 20:15 lead after the opening quarter. Manati cut the distance at 2-point mark at the interval 38:36. Leones stretched the gap in the third term. Ponce accounted for a 60:54 advantage at the final intermission. Ponce limited Manati to just 12 points in the fourth quarter and raced to the victory. Mike Harris (198-SF-83, college: Rice) accounted for 15 points and 10 rebounds, while Michael Rosario (190-SG-90, college: Florida) added 10 points for the Leones. Ricardo Sanchez (212-C/F-87) responded with 29 points for Atenienses. Alexis Colon (191-G) banked in 10 points in the loss.
