They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. 24 personal fouls committed by Cangrejeros helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a great evening for Dominican swingman Chris Duarte (197-1997, college: Oregon) who led his team to a victory scoring 22 points and 6 assists. American center Javale McGee (213-1988, college: Nevada) helped adding 20 points and 8 rebounds. At the losing side the former international point guard Angel Rodriguez (180-1992, college: Miami, FL) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists and American forward Kenneth Faried (203-1989, college: Morehead St.) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds. Four Cangrejeros players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
