Willie Clayton (ex Manchester G.) agreed terms with Urunday Universitario

Urunday Universitario (LUB) strengthened their roster with addition of 26-year old American forward Willie Clayton (203-111kg-92, college: Georgia State). He played most recently at Manchester Giants in British BBL league. In 31 games he recorded very impressive stats: 18.2ppg, 15.1rpg, 1.8apg, 1.3spg and 1.1bpg last season. Great year indeed as he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-British BBL Honorable Mention.
The previous (17-18) season Clayton played at Girne Universitesi SK (North League) in Cypriot league.
His team was regular season runner-up in Sun Belt in 2017.
Clayton graduated from Georgia State in 2017 and it will be his third season in pro basketball.
The scouts decsribe him following way: Clayton is an outstanding rebounder who understands his role as an inside scorer and rebounder.
