Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Uruguayans who are currently playing abroad.

Jayson Granger
Jayson Granger
#1. This week's number one is former international guard Jayson Granger (189-89, currently plays in Germany). Granger led ALBA Berlin to a 1-point victory against the closely-ranked EnBW Ludwigsburg (2-1) 79-78 in the German BBL in Tuesday night's game. He scored 12 points and added 5 assists in 27 minutes on the court. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. ALBA Berlin (27-6) is placed second in the BBL. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. They will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical. This year Granger averages: 8.5ppg, 2.3rpg, 5.9apg, 2FGP: 52.9%, 3FGP: 35.2% and FT: 71.8% in 23 games he played so far. He has a dual citizenship: Uruguayan and Italian. Worth to mention he played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball. Granger played for the Uruguayan senior national team four years ago.

CB Canarias was crushed 98-65 on the road by the much lower-ranked Baloncesto Fuenlabrada (#15). There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. It's Fitipaldo's first season with the team. He has relatively good stats this year: 11.0ppg, 1.7rpg, 4.6apg, 1.3spg, 2FGP: 48.4%, 3FGP: 33.8% and FT: 80.7%.
