Martin Chervo gets MVP of the Week award for Uruguayan Metropolitan (by Hoops Agents)

Argentinian Martin Chervo (200-F-92) had a very impressive game in the last round for Danubio and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Metropolitan Player of the Week award for round 15.
The 29-year old forward had a double-double of 31 points and fifteen rebounds, while his team crushed Cordon (4-5) with 16-point margin 89-73. He also registered 7.9 boards per game.

The third best performed player last round was Lithuanian Zygimantas Riauka (206-C-93) of Sayago (#3). Riauka scored 19 points and grabbed fifteen rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Sayago, leading his team to a 81-61 easy win against #4 ranked Colon in a game of the week. Sayago needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 6 victories and 3 lost games. Riauka has a great season in Uruguay. After only 9 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 15.2rpg (#1 in league). He also has 1.3bpg and FGP: 54.0%.
