Stockolmo (1-1) recorded a loss in Montevideo on Thursday night. Visitors were defeated by Lagomar (1-1) 81-73. They made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. Lagomar outrebounded Stockolmo 41-27 including 29 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was forward Bernardo Barrera (200-1997) who scored 15 points and 7 rebounds. There was a minor upset when Miramar (1-1) was crushed on the road by Sayago (1-1) 85-66. They made 19-of-23 charity shots (82.6 percent) during the game, while Miramar only scored three points from the stripe. It was a good game for American power forward Paul Harrison (203-1989, college: NGU) who led his team to a victory with 18 points and 5 rebounds.
