There was a minor upset when Capitol (1-2) was defeated on the road by Colon (1-2) 83-74 on Monday. The best player for the winners was center Theo Metzger (200-1999) who had a double-double by scoring 21 points and 17 rebounds. Guard Guillermo Curbelo (187-2001) chipped in 19 points. At the other side the best for losing team was Mateo Bianchi (203-2002) who recorded 17 points and 7 rebounds and forward Santiago Tucuna (197-2002) added 17 points and 4 assists respectively.
