Olimpia outrebounded Capitol 39-28 including 28 on the defensive glass. Olimpia looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The best player for the winners was guard Agustin Mendez (180-2003) who scored 18 points and 9 assists. Colombian Alvaro Pena (197-1995) chipped in 19 points and 7 rebounds. Five Olimpia players scored in double figures. Forward Martin Aguilera (195-1987) produced 21 points and forward Miguel Barriola (193-1990) added 16 points and 6 rebounds respectively for the hosts.

Stockolmo forced 20 Lagomar turnovers. Strangely Lagomar outrebounded Stockolmo 41-29 including 28 on the defensive glass. Guard Facundo Terra (187-1998) scored 16 points and 7 assists to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Nicolas Garcia (182-1988) chipped in 17 points during the contest. Colombian forward Michael Jackson (192-1987) responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds and Cape Verdean Victor Andrade (202-2000) scored 14 points and 8 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Lagomar's coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.

Argentinian point guard Sebastian Alvarez (185-1989) contributed with 8 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Naturalized Italian Nicolas Borsellino (202-1986) replied with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 15 rebounds and Argentinian Mateo Bolivar (187-1992) added 10 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Larranaga. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

Talley is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American Tirrell Brown (198-1993, college: OBU) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists and guard Juan Zanotta (185-1995) scored 20 points and 4 assists. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
