The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Montevideo: 25 de Agosto (#7) and Lagomar (#4). 25 de Agosto (3-3) won against visiting Lagomar (3-2) 67-57. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Lagomar. 25 de Agosto forced 19 Lagomar turnovers. 25 personal fouls committed by Lagomar helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Argentinian swingman Rocio Sagardoy (176-2000) had a double-double by scoring 11 points and 14 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Paula Sosa (180-1996) chipped in 13 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was Belen Moreira (-1999) with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 15 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. 25 de Agosto moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Aguada. Lagomar at the other side keeps the fourth position with two games lost.

Urunday was smashed at home by 37 points 55-92 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Urunday. Argentinian forward Carla Miculka (174-1993) notched a double-double by scoring 23 points and 13 rebounds to lead the effort and Joaquina Gregorio supported her with 14 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Malvin's coach Juan Serdio felt very confident using entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 19 points and 4 assists by Argentinian guard Melina Marcial (168-1998) did not help to save the game for Urunday. Malvin (4-1) moved-up to third place. Urunday at the other side dropped to the seventh position with three games lost.
Tabare has finally registered their first victory this season after five consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Cordon (0-5) 67-55 on Wednesday. The best player for the winners was Matilde Talamas who scored 14 points and 5 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was Milagros Rivero who recorded 17 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Tabare (1-5) left bottom position moving up to eighth place, which they share with Juventud. It was Cordon's fifth loss in a row. Newly promoted team still closes the standings with five games lost.
In the last two games of round 6 Juventud lost to undefeated Yale on the opponent's court 45-79. D.Sporting managed to outperform Aguada in a home game 83-66.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 18 points and 18 rebounds by Sofia Herrera of D.Sporting.
