Supersonicos add Cedeno to their roster- October 6, 2020
In 2006 (three years after he left the college) Cedeno was drafted by Bakersfield Jam (D-League) in eighth round (86th overall). He attended Frank Phillips College (JUCO) until 2003 and it will be his 18th (!!!) season in pro basketball. Cedeno was a member of Venezuelan international program for some years. He was called to Venezuelan Senior National Team between 2004 and 2013 and previously for U21 National Team back in 2004. Cedeno is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Argentina (Lanus), Colombia (Piratas), Poland and Venezuela (Centauros de Apure, Guaiqueries, Marinos, Espartanos and Tiburones). The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Cedeno's team made it to the Venezuelan LPB Cup Final Four in 2019. He was also voted Latinbasket.com Venezuelan LPB All-Domestic Players Team back in 2014. The scouts decsribe him following way: A mature point guard, with great leadership and quarterbacking skills; has size, ball handling, court vision; needs to improve his shooting and to improve his ability to dish the ball in penetration;.
