Piratas add Fields to their roster, ex Galitos-Barreiro

Piratas de Vargas (LNB) added to their roster 25-year old American power forward Tamyrik Fields (198cm-95kg-1996, college: Augusta, agency: Interperformances). Fields played last season at Galitos-Barreiro in Portuguese Proliga. In 12 games he recorded very impressive stats: 24.9ppg, 11.2rpg, 1.1apg and 1.9spg. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. A very spectacular season in his career as he was voted to Eurobasket.com Portuguese Proliga All-Imports Team. Fields also played for NB Queluz (Proliga) where in 10 games he averaged remarkable 26.9ppg, 9.8rpg, 2.0apg, 2.2spg and 1.0bpg. Quite impressive season as he was selected to Eurobasket.com Portuguese Proliga All-Imports Team.
He has played previously professionally in ABA (Augusta 706).
Fields graduated from Augusta University in 2018 and it will be his fifth season as a professional player.
