Irene Tazon re-signs at Bucaneras

Bucaneras de la Guaira (SLB) confirmed in their roster experienced 35-year old ex-international swingman Irene Tazon (175cm-1987). Tazon has played there for the last nine seasons. She missed last season and had one year break from professional basketball.
Tazon also represented Venezuela at the South American Championship in Ambato (Ecuador) eight years ago. Her team won Bronze and her stats at that event were 4 games: 2.3ppg, 1.8rpg.
She played also at Estudiantes. Tazon won Venezuelan LINABAFE championship title in 2013, 2015 and 2016.
