Diablos-de-Miranda (SPB) signed Dominican forward Bayron Matos (206cm-98kg) for the upcoming SPB 2023 season. Matos just graduated from SFlorida (NCAA). But in 28 games he had only 1.5ppg and 2.7rpg last season.
He started his college career at University of New Mexico (NCAA). Then he moved to University of South Florida (NCAA).
Matos was one of the highest ranked players in high school in 2020. Matos' high school career he had spent at Hamilton Heights Christian Academy in Chattanooga, TN, which he joined from Atlanta Celtics (GA).
As mentioned above he is just out of college, so it will be his first season as a professional player.
