SPB 2023 - Spartans land Will Davis II, ex AEK Larnaca

Spartans-de-Distrito-Capital-Caracas (SPB) tabbed 30-year old American international 203cm forward Will Davis II (college: UC Irvine) for the upcoming SPB 2023 season. Davis played most recently at AEK Larnaca in Cypriot OPAP Basket League. The last summer he was tested by LA Cheaters in U.S. semi-pro league Drew League.
In 2016 (a year after his graduation) he was drafted by Reno Bighorns (D-League) in second round (28th overall).
He graduated from University of California - Irvine in 2015 and it will be his eighth season in pro basketball. Davis has been regularly called to USA Senior National Team since 2021.
He is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in six different countries playing on three different continents. Davis is familiar with European, Latin American and of course North American leagues. He has played previously professionally in Argentina (Regatas), Canada (Edmonton), Greece, Romania (CSM Steaua Bucuresti), NBA G League (South Bay Lakers, College Park SkyHawks, Stockton Kings, Raptors 905 Missisauga and Windy City Bulls) and The Basketball Tournament (Kimchi Express). Davis's team made it to the Big West Tournament Semifinals in 2012 and 2014.
Davis was voted to All-Big West Honorable Mention back in 2014.
