Justin Satchell

Guaiqueries-de-Margarita (SPB) inked 27-year old American (has also Dominican passport) 203cm center Justin Satchell (college: St.Leo) for the upcoming SPB 2023 season. Satchell played recently at Dosa in La Vega League in Dominican Republic.
He is a very experienced player. Satchell has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to seven different countries on three different continents (Europe, Latin America and of course North America). He has played previously professionally also in Argentina (Atenas and San Lorenzo), Chile (Los Leones), Mexico (Libertadores), Spain (Mondragon), United Kingdom (Manchester Giants) and Uruguay (Satchellbraica).
Among many awards he played in the final of Chilean Liga Nacional in 2022. He was also voted to Latinbasket.com All-Dominican Republic LNB Rookie of the Year back in 2019.
Satchell graduated from Saint Leo University in 2017 and it will be his sixth season in pro basketball.
Satchell's game is described as: Justin is the epitome of the modern Stretch 4..He is a shooting power forward with fluid,consistent shooting mechanics and a soft touch..Lethal long distance shooter,who has NBA range in his 3-point shot..Satchell can do a little bit of everything and has the touch to score over and around the basket..Has terrific fundamentals and great basketball IQ..As a passer he keeps the defense on edge with his scoring on all levels; with the attention on him, he gets his teammates involved by manipulating the opposition with simple slick passes, creating ample space for his teammates to get their shot off underneath the basket for wide open layups or on the perimeter for open jump shots..He can crash the boards and defend taller players due to his strength and size..A Swiss army knife type player as he does several things on the court,he can stretch the floor and can fit in with any other style player...
