Waleska Perez (ex Salvadorenas) joins Kraljevo- October 20, 2023

She played this summer at Salvadorenas in Salvadorean Liga Superior. She managed to play in three leagues in three countries last year. In three Women Basketball League Americas games just recently she had 4.3ppg, 4.7rpg, 4.0apg and 1.7spg. She also played for Abejas in Mexican LNBPF where in 12 games she recorded 8.6ppg, 6.8rpg, 5.1apg and 2.4spg. Perez has been also a member of Venezuelan international program for some years. She has regularly played for Venezuelan senior team since 2010 and previously for U18 National Team back in 2009. Perez represented Venezuela at the FIBA South American Women's Championship in San Luis (Argentina) last year. Her team got to the Semifinals and her stats at that event were 5 games: 6.8ppg, 5.8rpg, 3.0apg, 1.4spg, FGP: 28.1%, 3PT: 17.4%, FT: 40.0%. She is quite experienced player. Perez's career allowed her to visit three different continents, while she played in six different countries. Perez tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Latin America and of course North America. She has played previously professionally in Brazil (Blumenau), Colombia (Motilonas), Croatia (Rijeka), Spain (Arxil), Venezuela (Anzoategui, Guaras, Cangrejas, Pastoras and Caribenas) and Argentina (Obras). Perez won Venezuelan LINABAFE championship title in 2014, 2017 and 2021. The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others she was voted Latinbasket.com All-Venezuelan Superliga Guard of the Year in 2022. She attended Weatherford College until 2014 and it will be her tenth season as a professional player.
