SPB 2024 - McCree comes back to Broncos, ex Taipei TM

Broncos BBC de Caracas (SPB) inked 30-year old American 202cm shooting guard Erik McCree (college: La Tech) for upcoming season. It is actually his comeback to Caracas as he has played here before. McCree played recently at Taipei Taishin Mars in Taiwanese league. In 9 games he averaged impressive 27.1ppg, 10.0rpg, 2.7apg and 1.2spg last season. The last summer he played at Broncos in Venezuelan SPB where in 29 games he had very remarkable stats: 17.9ppg, 5.3rpg and 1.7apg. Good season as he was voted League Player of the Week (2 times).
He is a very experienced player. McCree has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to ten different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in Denmark (Bakken), France (Gravelines Dunkerque), Greece (Peristeri), Italy (Pesaro), Japan (Lakestars), Philippines (Hotshots), Turkey (Gaziantep), NBA (Miami McCreeat), NBA G League (Sioux Falls Skyforce and SLC Stars) and NBA Summer League (Orlando Magic and Portland Trail Blazers). His team made it to the C-USA Tournament Semifinals in 2015 and 2017.
He graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2017 and it is his seventh season in pro basketball. McCree played also for Murray State University for one year.
